Sady & Martina.

Two practitioners who kept seeing the same gaps in female athlete care and decided to build the resource they wished already existed.

Sady Carelli

Strength & Conditioning Coach · Co-founder

Strength & conditioning coach, youth sports performance specialist, director of sports performance, mom. Colorado, USA.

I had every physical development tool available and kept running into the same wall. Martina and I met during our work for the US Olympic & Paralympic Committee. We quickly identified the same gaps in both our fields and it was clear we wanted to build something. Once we started, we went to the athletes and people in the field and built the framework from their answers.

Martina Plunger Beech

Physiotherapist · Co-founder

Physiotherapist since 2010, clinic owner in Amsterdam, NL. I have worked multiple seasons with the US Ski Team, the US, NL and AUS Para Ski & Snowboard Teams. Currently I am contracted with Red Bull for Team Brazil.

In the clinic and on the road, I kept seeing the same patterns: female athletes carrying questions they didn't know how to ask, coaches who wanted to help but didn't have the framework. HerSport Collective is what I kept wishing already existed.

Who we have worked for

You're not getting two people. You're getting an entire specialist team.

Behind every session is a handpicked network of world-class experts matched to your cohort, your sport, and the questions your athletes are actually carrying.

Orthopaedic sport surgeons

Specialists in female-specific injury risk, ACL vulnerability, ligament laxity, bone density and load management at every stage of athletic development.

Performance dietitians

Board-certified nutritionists who have spent careers understanding RED-S, energy availability, and what fuelling for development and performance actually looks like.

OBGYNs

Working at the intersection of hormonal health and athletic performance, menstrual cycle function, cycle-informed training, and the clinical conversations most sports medicine settings never create space for.

Physiotherapists & S&C coaches

Field-level knowledge of injury prevention, training load, return to sport, and cycle-based training periodisation. Insight from being on the snow, on the pitch, and in the gym with elite female athletes.

Osteopaths & chiropractors

Expertise in pelvic health, concussion, and recovery — complementing the medical staff already around your athletes rather than duplicating what's already there.

Adolescent development specialists

Teachers and specialists in the pressures of residential education, age-specific approach, academic load alongside elite training, identity formation, and group dynamics.

Active & retired elite female athletes

The lived experience no clinical credential can replicate. Their voices are part of our curriculum design, part of our workshops, and part of how we stay honest about what female athletes actually need.
